You connect us with a villa owner in your network who is evaluating their management options. That is the full extent of your involvement. We take it from there.
You get paid
At the end of month one — IDR 15 million. 100% of our first month management fee. Transferred directly. No conditions beyond the property completing its first month under management.
We assess and onboard
We inspect the property, assess the fit, and handle the full onboarding — photography, brand positioning, operational setup, listing, pricing strategy. Everything. The owner is in good hands and you have nothing to manage.

Every property we manage is photographed at editorial standard, written as a distinct brand story, and featured permanently on The Bayun Collection for the duration of the management contract. Properties carry a designation mark that signals they have been selected, elevated, and held to a standard.
This is not a listings directory. It is a curated portfolio. And being part of it means something — to guests, to the market, and to the long-term value of the asset.

You receive IDR15 million at the end of month one
Every time. For every property. Transferred directly. No conditions beyond month one completion. This is a partnership we intend to sustain — which means we pay reliably and we perform reliably.
We handle everything from the introduction forward
Assessment, onboarding, photography, brand positioning, operations, guest experience. The owner is well looked after. Your reputation is protected. You have nothing to manage on our behalf.
